CCC Form Apply Online      सी0सी0सी0 कोर्स से संबंधित जानकारी के लिए www.nielit.in,www.nielit.gov.in का प्रयोग करें।       सी0सी0सी0 पाठ्यक्रम      सी0सी0सी0 परीक्षा फार्म (Apply Online)      CCC ऑफलाइन फॉर्म सितम्बर 2013  से स्वीकार्य नहीं किया जाता है , ऐसा करने पर फॉर्म निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा जिसके लिये अभ्यर्थी / इंस्टिट्यूट स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे । फॉर्म आवेदन करने के लियेhttp://student.nielit.in का इस्तेमाल करें ।       सीसीसी (CCC) फॉर्म भरने वाले अभ्यर्थियों एवं इंस्टिट्यूट को सूचित किया जाता है की, वे फॉर्म भरने के लिए http://student.nielit.in का प्रयोग करें। सी0सी0सी0 कोर्स के मान्यता संबंधित अस्वीकृत परीक्षा फार्मों की सूची| " The CCC course content is now available in 25 Indian languages. For free access please go to http://nielit.in/elearning.aspx " CCC/BCC Exam Admit cards will not be sent to candidate's Home/ e-mail address. It will be available on our Website. Process of Reissuance Certificate : No correction request will be entertained for Online application exam form started from 5-Sep-2013. The correction request will be entertained only for offline form filled by the candidates prior to launch of online portal. The procedure is as follows : Re-issue of certificate due to corrections: Certificate may be re-issued to those candidates whose name; father’s name; mother’s name is wrongly spelt or photo incorrect (other than that pasted by candidate in his/her exam form. However, no request for correction in photo of candidates is entertained; and the photo of the candidate pasted on the exam form shall be printed on the certificate. The corrections (mis-spelt name, mother’s name and father’s name of the candidate) fall in the category of minor correction requests. The corrections namely, partly/full change of name/mother’s name/ father’s name falls under the category of major correction request. The documents required for the re-issuance of the certificate (minor correction category) is detailed below: Return of the Original Certificate issued to the candidate, which needs correction; Submission of Demand Draft of Rs.50/- in favour of NIELIT payable at Gorakhpur towards the processing fee; Submission of attested copy of Certificate of Educational Qualification (that the student might have acquired) in support of the correctness of Name, mother’s and the father’s name of the student; and Reason thereof, for erroneous spellings of name / father’s name appended on the exam form.
