Dear Sir/Madam,

This is our pleasure to inform you that National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language is going to organize four days interaction/teachers’ training programme of faculties of CABA-MDTP Centres (Main) situated at Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand from 16th March to 19th March, 2015 at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Hon’ble  Governor of U.P. Shri Ram Naik has agreed to preside over the inaugural function to be held on 16.03.2015.It is  compulsory for one Sr. faculty of each and every CABA-MDTP Centre situated in the above mentioned States to attend the said training programme. TA/DA of faculties will be borne from the Corpus fund of concerned Centres. Lodging & fooding will be arranged by NCPUL.

You are requested to depute one Sr. faculty of your CABA-MDTP Centre in the above training programme. Your faculty must reach to Lucknow by 15th March, 2015 afternoon. Information regarding venue of training and accommodation will be sent separately. Non compliance will be viewed seriously.
