Certificate correction procedure:
For CABA MDTP:Send caba mdtp original certificate with proving certificate like High School to change student name ,father name etc + DD of Rs 113/- to NIELIT Chandigarh (Mohali) address
For Urdu certificate:If mistake in filling Form ,No changes allow.If form is right filled and mistake in certificate then send urdu certificate with filled form (copy) to NCPUL address.No fee will charge.
