I am posting email which i have received  from NIELIT CHANDIGARH on 21.10.2014 .I have sent this email with -Signed_-Annexure-1.pdf  to all centre also.Please check your email.

 

Dear Centre Incharge,

                                   As you are aware that the building of the NIELIT Chandigarh collapsed in the fire on 08.06.2014 and due to which all the documents destroyed related to the AMC and Consumables supplied to the NCPUL CABA-MDTP centres during the period from July 2011 to June 2012.

 

          Now, NIELIT Chandigarh is in process of recollecting the documents related to AMC and Consumables in order to maintain its database.

 

In regard to that a brief form requesting the information of AMC and Consumables provided during the period from July 2011 to June 2012 is attached as Annexure-1 which is to be filled and stamped by the Centre Incharge. In case the Centre Incharge is having the earlier reports in centre he/she is directed to attach the same along with the filled in Annexure-1.
