CABA MDTP Centre (runs by NCPUL & NIELIT Chandigarh, recognized by
ministery of HRD and IT department of central govt. of India) runs 1
year computer diploma course. Centre facing following problems:
1. CABA-MDTP course should be recognized by all state and central
governments after this demand of course increased. Center facing
difficulties to get admission solved because very few people know
about CABA-MDTP course and who know do not want to register because
all state government not recognizes this diploma .State recognized
this diploma do not accept in government jobs actually. Secondly this
Diploma is not popular in IT world.
2. List CABA-MDTP diploma in central, state government jobs
requirement increase demands of diploma.
3. NCPUL and NIELIT Chandigarh Advertise regularly in print media, web
and televisions to improve popularity of CABA-MDTP diploma.
4. CABA-MDTP and ‘O’ level have same module even CABA-MDTP have extra
modules so after completion of CABA-MDTP course for ‘O’ level some
module like Internet Technology and Web Design, Introduction to ICT
Resources exempted, so student take advantage of CABA-MDTP course.
5. Faculties of CABA-MDTP centers should be permanent that’s why they
prepare better students for society without feeling insecurities for
his futures. Some faculties cross maximum age of job, now depend
current job.
6. CABA-MDTP center running period with NCPUL grade will be forever
not only 10 years. Some remuneration should be given to center
incharge for manage center very well .
7. In today’s inflation scenarios with salary (senior faculty 11390/-
and junior faculty 9960/-), it is very difficult to fulfillment of
his/her family requirement .For extra income, they do other works in
spare times. CABA-MDTP centers faculties who have qualified with
MCA/B.Tech/M.Sc./’A’ level/PGDCA/’O’ level getting a salary which is
less than income of untrained labors.
8. If it is not possible to permanent faculty then CABA-MDTP Center’s
faculties should get salary as DEEP Centers faculties but difference
in salary of Senior and junior faculty is not justified it should be
Rs 25000/- and Rs 23000/-.DEEP center faculties will get Rs 25000/-
and Rs 15000/- why CABA-MDTP center faculties get very lowest salary.
NIELIT Chandigarh provide 12000/- salary for computer operators also.
9. CABA MDTP course should be prepare on practical approach.
10. Meeting of center in charge arrange by NCPUL/NIELIT at least 1 a
year to guide them how to run and manage centers.
11. Meeting and training of faculties should be held at least 1 in a
year to guide them how to train students.
12. Admission list, Monthly performance report, Module marks and other
documentation should be online.
13. Salary should release in monthly basis.
14.separate Helpline number allotted for any queries because current
numbers can not provide satisfactory answer even not responded.
Please consider above points and take appropriate action as early
as possible.
